\nThis page gathers the questions we hear most often from people ordering photo blankets for a parent, a partner, a new baby or a much-loved pet. Each answer uses the same numbers as our policy pages, and each topic links to the page with the full detail. If your question is not here, our Help Center sorts every support page by topic, and you can always write to us directly.
\nChoose the design, the fabric and the size on the product page and add the blanket to your cart. At checkout you will see a box called Order notes. Type every name and date exactly as you want them printed, and paste links to your photos (a shared album or cloud folder link works well). We do not use an upload tool or a design app, so the order notes box is the one place we read your personal details. If you forget something, reply to your order confirmation or email support@snugprint.shop with your order number within 24 hours.
\nNo. We do not send a proof or mockup before production. We print the names, dates and photos exactly as you send them in the order notes. That keeps orders moving, but it means a careful read before you click to pay matters: check capital letters, accents, the spelling of each grandchild’s name and the format of every date. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us within 24 hours and we will update the order before it goes to print.
\nThe easiest way is a link to a shared album or cloud folder pasted into the order notes. Please set the link so anyone with it can view the photos; a private album is the most common reason an order is delayed while we wait for access. You can also email the photos to support@snugprint.shop with your order number in the subject line. Send original files rather than screenshots or images saved from messaging apps, which are often compressed.
\nBright, sharp photos taken in daylight give the clearest result. Faces should be in focus and not too small in the frame, and heavy filters or very dark rooms tend to look muddy on fabric. For a twelve-photo collage, twelve clear phone photos will look much better than twelve blurry screenshots. We print photos as supplied and do not retouch, restore or colour-correct them, so an old or faded print will look old or faded on the blanket too.
\nYes. Number your photos in the order notes, for example “1 = top left, 2 = top middle”, and we place them in that order. If you do not give an order, we arrange them to fit the layout. For designs with captions, such as the instant-photo style, write the caption next to each photo number.
\nOnly if you own the words or images or have permission to use them. We cannot print song lyrics, poems, logos, characters or brand marks that belong to someone else. Your own wedding vows, a letter you wrote, a family saying or a short message from the grandchildren are all welcome. Our Intellectual Property Policy explains this in more detail.
\nBoth have the same printed face, so your photos look the same on either. Fleece is light and smooth, easy to throw over a chair and quick to dry. Sherpa adds a thick, fluffy back that makes the blanket heavier and warmer, a little like a light quilt. Fleece suits sofas, crates, car rides and warmer homes; sherpa is the cosier choice for winter evenings and beds.
\nMost designs come in three sizes: 30 x 40 in (about 76 x 102 cm), 50 x 60 in (about 127 x 152 cm) and 60 x 80 in (about 152 x 203 cm). Sizes are approximate. A few designs come in one fixed size or fabric, which is stated in the product name and description. The Size Guide compares the sizes by use, photo count and recipient.
\nThe more photos a layout holds, the bigger the blanket should be so each face stays easy to see from across the room. Four to nine photos work at 30 x 40 in; twelve or more look best at 50 x 60 in or 60 x 80 in. Some large collages, such as the Year in Photos calendar, are only offered in the two larger sizes for this reason.
\nOur 30 x 40 in throws are for supervised use, such as stroller walks, car rides, play time and cuddles on a lap. They are not meant to be used as loose bedding in a crib for a sleeping baby.
\nMachine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low. Wash it on its own the first time. For pet blankets, a quick pass with a lint roller before washing lifts most of the fur, and fleece lets go of pet hair more easily than sherpa.
\nYes. Families often want one memorial or reunion blanket per household. Add each blanket to your cart separately, and in the order notes list which names, photos and size belong to which blanket, for example “Blanket 1 (50 x 60 in sherpa): names Ruth and Walter”. Clear labels help us match every detail to the right throw.
\nScreens and fabric show colour differently, so a print can look slightly softer or warmer than the photo on your phone. Bright, well-lit photos keep the colours closest to what you expect.
\nYes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@snugprint.shop with your order number and what you want to change, whether it is a misspelled name, a different photo, another size or a full cancellation. After 24 hours your blanket may already be in production. The Cancel or Change an Order page has the full steps.
\nEmail us straight away with your order number and the correct spelling. If we hear from you within 24 hours of ordering, we update the order before printing. Because there is no proof step, this window is the best moment to catch any mistake.

Every order is prepared in 1-3 business days and then spends 7-14 business days in transit, so please allow for both when you order. We cannot promise a delivery date, and we do not offer a rush service. If a date is close, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what to expect.

\nCheck with neighbours, your building’s mail room and any safe places around your door first, as parcels are sometimes left out of sight. If it still has not turned up, email us with your order number and we will look into it with you and help find a solution.
\nYes. Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout. If you would like us to leave a short gift message on the packing slip, add it to the order notes as well, clearly marked as a gift message so it is not printed on the blanket.
\nYes. You can return any blanket within 60 days of delivery, for any reason, including a change of mind. We send you a free return label, so the return postage is on us. Email us with your order number to start. The Returns & Exchanges page explains each step.
\nWe send your refund within 7 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. How long the money takes to appear after that depends on your bank or payment provider. There is no restocking fee. Read the Refund Policy for more.
\nYes, if you prefer. Store credit never expires, so you can use it whenever the next birthday or anniversary comes around.
\nWe are sorry. Email us with your order number and a clear photo of the problem, and we will help put it right. Returns within 60 days of delivery always come with a free return label.
