The short version: orders are prepared in 1-3 business days and travel 7-14 business days from the USA; shipping is free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; you have 24 hours to change or cancel, 60 days to return with a free label, and we refund within 7 days of receiving your return. \nA photo blanket is a small project with a few moving parts: the design you pick, the photos and words you send, the fabric and size, and then the trip from our printer to someone’s sofa. Most questions fall into one of the topics below. Each topic has a short summary, the situations we see most often, and links to the full policy pages. If you are in a hurry, the Quick answers section near the end covers the five things people ask us first.
\nEvery blanket is made to order after you buy it. You choose a design, then the fabric (fleece or sherpa) and the size on the product page. Personal details do not go on the product page: they go in the Order notes box at checkout. That is where you type names, dates, captions and links to your photos. We do not use an upload tool, and there is no proof or mockup step before printing, so we print exactly what you send.

\nYou have 24 hours from the moment you place your order to change or cancel it. Email support@snugprint.shop with your order number and exactly what should change: a corrected spelling, a different photo, a new size, or a full cancellation. After 24 hours the blanket may already be in production, and printed fabric cannot be changed. This window matters more than usual because there is no proof step: it is your chance to catch a typo in a grandchild’s name or a wrong year on a memorial throw.

\nWe ship to four countries only: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free to all four with no minimum, and every order ships from the USA. Plan on 1-3 business days to prepare your blanket and 7-14 business days in transit after that. We cannot promise a delivery date, so for birthdays, holidays or a memorial service, order with both periods in mind and email us first if the date is close.

\nYou can return any blanket within 60 days of delivery for any reason, including a change of mind or a size that turned out too small for the bed. We pay the return postage and send you a free return label. Start by emailing us with your order number and a line about why you are returning it; if something is wrong with the print or the blanket arrived damaged, add a clear photo so we can help faster. Because each blanket carries your own photos and names, an exchange is really a new order: return the first blanket for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the version you want.

\nWe send your refund within 7 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. There is no restocking fee. After we send it, your bank or payment provider decides how quickly it appears on your statement. If you would rather keep the value for a future gift, you can choose store credit instead, and store credit never expires. If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

\nThe payment options available for your order are shown on the checkout page. Payment is processed by the payment provider you choose there, and Snug Print never asks for card numbers, passwords or security codes by email. If a payment does not go through, check the details with your provider and try again, or email us and we will help. We do not collect sales tax at checkout.

\nOur blankets come in two fabrics with the same printed face. Fleece is light and smooth and dries quickly; sherpa has a thick, fluffy back that makes it heavier and warmer. Most designs come in 30 x 40 in (about 76 x 102 cm), 50 x 60 in (about 127 x 152 cm) and 60 x 80 in (about 152 x 203 cm); a few come in one fixed size or fabric, which the product name says. Care is simple: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low.

\nYou can order as a guest or create an account at My account to see past orders and saved addresses. We use your photos only to make your order, and customer photos are deleted 30 days after delivery. Keep your original files if you might want a reprint later. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to update or delete your information. Copyright concerns about content on the site go through our DMCA page.

\nYou order a Family Tree Names Blanket in early December with fourteen names. Your order is prepared in 1-3 business days and then travels 7-14 business days, so we suggest ordering as early in the season as you can and checking the calendar before you pay. If the timing looks tight, email us first and we will tell you honestly what to expect. We never promise a delivery date.
\nTwo hours after ordering, you notice “Aiden” should be “Aidan”. Email us with your order number and the correction. Because you are inside the 24-hour window, we update the order before it is printed. If you only notice after the blanket arrives, you can still return it within 60 days with a free label and order a corrected one.
\nYou chose 50 x 60 in and realise a 60 x 80 in throw would cover the bed better. Within 60 days of delivery, email us to return it; we send a free return label and refund within 7 days of receiving it, or give you store credit that never expires. Then place a new order in the larger size.
\nYou live in the US and send a couple blanket to your sister in New Zealand. Shipping is free, the blanket ships from the USA, and transit is the same 7-14 business days after preparation. Import duties, if any, depend on New Zealand’s rules; email us before ordering if you would like help understanding them.
\nYour dog has claimed the new throw. Use a lint roller first, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. If you are still choosing, fleece lets go of pet hair more easily than sherpa and dries faster, which suits crates and dog beds.
