Snug Print makes personalized photo blankets: soft fleece and sherpa throws printed with the faces, names and dates that matter to you. A grid of family holidays for the sofa. A tree with every grandchild’s name for Grandma. A wedding photo for the end of the bed. A portrait of the dog who has claimed the armchair, or a gentle memorial for someone you miss. We keep things simple and warm, so that ordering a blanket feels as calm as wrapping up in one.

What we make

Every Snug Print blanket starts with someone you love. We focus on one product, the personalized throw, so that everything in the shop is built around a single question: how do we put your people onto something soft that gets used every day? Our designs fall into six families, each with its own page in the shop:

Fleece or sherpa: the two fabrics we use

All of our designs print onto the same smooth face, so your photos and words look the same whichever fabric you choose. The difference is the back, the weight and the warmth.

• Fleece is light and smooth. It is easy to throw over a chair, carry to the car or tuck into a dog crate. It dries quickly and lets go of pet hair with a lint roller, so it suits blankets that get washed often.
• Sherpa has a printed fleece face and a thick, fluffy back. It is heavier and warmer, a little like a light quilt, and it is the cosier choice for winter evenings, beds and colder homes in Canada or the southern winter in New Zealand.

Most designs come in three approximate sizes: 30 x 40 in (76 x 102 cm) for a lap, stroller or crate; 50 x 60 in (127 x 152 cm) for one adult on the sofa; and 60 x 80 in (152 x 203 cm) for a bed or for sharing. Some designs come in one fixed size or fabric, and the product page always says so. Our Size Guide compares the sizes side by side with everyday examples.

Why we chose the order notes box

Many personalized shops ask you to work through a design tool. We decided to keep personalising as plain as writing a note to a friend. When you check out, there is an Order notes box. In it you write:

1. the names, dates and short words you want printed, exactly as they should appear;
2. a link to your photos, such as a shared album or cloud folder set so that anyone with the link can view it;
3. any arrangement wishes, such as which photo goes in the centre or the order of names from left to right.

If it is easier, you can also email your photos to support@snugprint.shop with your order number. There is no proof or mockup before printing: we print exactly what you send. That keeps things quick and clear, but it does mean a careful read of your notes before you pay is worth a minute. If you spot a mistake after ordering, you have 24 hours to email us and change it.

Getting your photos ready

The photos you send decide how your blanket looks, so a few minutes of preparation help a lot. Choose bright photos taken in daylight, with faces in focus. Send the original files from your phone or camera rather than screenshots or pictures saved from social media, which are often small and soft. Put them in one shared album or folder, set it so that anyone with the link can view it, and paste that link in the order notes. If the order of photos matters, number them in the album or list them in the notes. If we cannot open your link, we will email you, and your order waits until we have what we need.

From your order to your door

Every blanket is made to order after you buy it; we do not keep printed stock, because each one carries your own photos. Here is what to expect:

Our promises to you

We would rather tell you a few clear things we can keep than make big claims. These are the commitments behind every Snug Print order:

• Free shipping, no minimum, to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
• A 24-hour change window. Email us within 24 hours of ordering to change details or cancel.
• 60-day returns for any reason, including a change of mind, with a free return label sent by us. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
• Refunds within 7 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method, or store credit that never expires if you prefer. See our Refund Policy.
• Replies within 24 hours on business days to every email.
• Your photos are deleted 30 days after delivery. We use them only to print your order; read more in our Privacy Policy.

Who our blankets are for

Most Snug Print blankets are gifts, and the people who order them are usually thinking of someone else. A few situations we design for:

• A daughter ordering a family tree throw in early December so it reaches her parents before Christmas.
• A couple choosing a timeline blanket for their tenth anniversary, with five photos from five places they have lived.
• A dog owner picking fleece for a crate throw, because it washes easily and fur comes off with a lint roller.
• A family ordering several memorial blankets with the same portrait, so each household has one.
• A friend sending a baby birth details throw to a shower, with the 30 x 40 in size for supervised cuddles and stroller walks.
• A grandparent in Auckland or Toronto receiving a gift sent straight to their door.

Sending a gift to someone else? Simply enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout and your own email address for order updates. Because shipping is free to all four countries we serve, a blanket for a sister in Sydney costs the same to send as one for a neighbour down the street. If the parcel should arrive by a particular date, check the timeline above and leave plenty of room.

Whatever the occasion, our aim is the same: a blanket that ends up on the sofa every evening, not in a drawer.

A few honest notes

We want you to order with clear expectations, so here are things that are good to know before you buy:

• Photos are printed as supplied. We do not retouch, colour-correct or restore old or damaged photos, so the sharpest original file gives the best result. Screenshots and photos taken of other photos usually look softer.
• Printed fabric never looks exactly like a bright phone screen. Colours may appear slightly softer, especially on the fluffy texture of fleece.
• Sizes are approximate.
• Small throws are for supervised use and are not meant as loose bedding in a crib for a sleeping baby.
• We cannot print logos, characters, song lyrics or other material owned by someone else; see our Intellectual Property Policy.
• We do not collect sales tax at checkout. For Canada, Australia and New Zealand, any import duties depend on the destination country.

Caring for your blanket

A Snug Print blanket is made for daily use. To keep it soft and the print clear, machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low. Washing pet blankets on their own helps keep fur away from other laundry. That is all the care it needs.
