Order Tracking
Last updated:
Use the form above to check the status of your Snug Print order. Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout, then select “Track”. You will see where your blanket is in our process: waiting for details, being prepared, or on its way to you. Below the form you will find where to find your order number, what each status means, how long each stage normally takes and what to do if your parcel seems late or goes missing.
Following your order at a glance
- You need: your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Preparation: 1-3 business days, because every blanket is printed to order.
- Transit: 7-14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, shipped free from the USA.
- Changes: possible within 24 hours of ordering.
- Help: email support@snugprint.shop; we reply within 24 hours on business days.
1. Where to find your order number
Your order number appears in three places:
- The order confirmation email we send straight after checkout. Search your inbox for “Snug Print” if you cannot find it, and check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- The order received page shown in your browser right after you paid.
- Your account, if you created one at checkout: sign in to My Account and open “Orders” to see every order with its number and status.
Use the same email address you typed at checkout. If you ordered a gift for someone else, the order belongs to your email address, not the recipient’s. A recipient who wants to know where their parcel is can ask the person who ordered it, or email us with the name and delivery address and we will help.
2. What each order status means
Every Snug Print blanket goes through the same stages. The status shown in the tracking form, in your account and in our emails tells you which stage your order has reached.
| Status | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending payment | The order was started but the payment has not been confirmed. | Check your payment method or complete checkout again. Contact us if you were charged. |
| On hold | We are waiting for something, for example a photo link that will not open or a missing name. | Look for our email and reply with the missing detail. Preparation starts once we have it. |
| Processing | Your order is confirmed and your blanket is being prepared and printed (1-3 business days). | Within 24 hours of ordering you can still ask for changes. After that, sit back. |
| Completed / shipped | Your blanket has been packed and handed over for delivery. | Allow 7-14 business days in transit. Make sure someone can receive the parcel. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled, by your request or because it could not be completed. | Check your email for our explanation and refund confirmation. |
| Refunded | A refund was sent for all or part of the order. | Allow your bank or payment provider time to post it. See the Refund Policy. |
3. A typical timeline
To estimate when your blanket will arrive, add the preparation time to the transit time and skip weekends and US public holidays:
- Day 0: you place your order and receive the confirmation email. The 24-hour change window starts.
- Business days 1-3: we read your order notes, place your names, dates and photos in the design, print the blanket in fleece or sherpa, and pack it.
- Next 7-14 business days: your parcel travels from the USA to your address in the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
In total, most orders arrive within about 8 to 17 business days of ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Around Christmas and other busy holidays, carriers can take longer, so leave extra time for gifts. More detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.
4. Why an order can pause on hold
The most common reason an order waits is that we cannot use the personal details it needs. Because we print exactly what you send and there is no proof step, we would rather pause and ask than guess. Typical reasons:
- A private photo link. Many phone and cloud albums are private by default. Change the link to “anyone with the link can view” and reply to our email.
- Photos that are screenshots or very small. A screenshot of a social media post is often too small to print sharply on a 50 x 60 in throw. We may ask whether you have the original photo.
- A missing name or date. For example, a family tree with fewer names than the order notes mention, or a memorial blanket with no dates.
- Content we cannot print. Song lyrics, logos or characters owned by others can only be printed with permission.
When an order is on hold, the preparation time of 1-3 business days starts again once we have everything. Replying quickly keeps your blanket on schedule.
5. Keeping an eye on your inbox
Most updates about your order come by email, from the address you used at checkout. To make sure they reach you, add support@snugprint.shop to your contacts and check your spam or promotions folder now and then while you wait. If we need a detail from you, such as a working photo link, our email will say so in the subject line. A reply from you is the quickest way to move an order from on hold back to processing, and it keeps your blanket on track for the date you have in mind.
6. After your blanket ships
Once the status shows that your blanket has shipped, it is in the hands of the delivery network. If carrier tracking details are available for your parcel, we share them with you. Whether or not you have carrier details, you can always ask us for an update: reply to your confirmation email or write to support@snugprint.shop with your order number and we will tell you what we know.
Larger throws, especially 60 x 80 in sherpa blankets, make bulky parcels. If your mailbox is small, the carrier may leave a card asking you to collect the parcel from a local post office or depot. Check for a card or a delivery notice if you expect your blanket but cannot see it.
7. If your parcel seems late
First, count the business days since you ordered. If fewer than 17 business days have passed, your blanket is most likely still within the normal estimate. If more time has passed, or something looks wrong, here is what to do:
- Check the address in your order confirmation email for a typo or a missing apartment number.
- Look for a delivery card or notice, and ask neighbours or building reception.
- Email us with your order number. We look into where your parcel is and tell you the next step.
We handle late parcels case by case rather than with a fixed timetable, and we will stay in touch with you until it is resolved. If a refund turns out to be the right answer, it follows our Refund Policy.
8. If your parcel shows as delivered but is not there
Parcels marked as delivered sometimes turn up with a neighbour, in a parcel locker, behind a planter or at a building’s mail room. Please check these places first and wait until the end of the next business day, because some carriers mark a parcel as delivered a little before it actually arrives. If you still cannot find it, email us with your order number and the delivery address. We will help you work through what happened and agree a fair solution with you.
9. Tracking a gift
Blankets are often sent directly to the person they are for: a family tree throw to grandparents in Toronto, a couple blanket to friends in Brisbane, a baby name throw to a new family across town. If you ordered a gift, you can follow it with your own order number and email address. The recipient will not see prices in our emails to you. If the recipient is not home when the parcel arrives, they may need to collect it, so it can be worth letting them know a parcel is on its way without spoiling the surprise.
If you would like the parcel to arrive without any hint of what is inside, let us know in the order notes and mention that it is a gift for someone else. We will keep the outside of the parcel as plain as the carrier allows, and if you have any questions about what the recipient will see, email us before ordering and we will explain.
10. Problems with the tracking form
- “Sorry, the order could not be found”: check the order number has no extra spaces or a “#” symbol, and that the email address is exactly the one used at checkout.
- Several email addresses: try the address where you received the order confirmation.
- Ordered as a guest: the form works for guest orders too. You do not need an account.
- Still stuck: email us with your name and the delivery address and we will find the order for you.
11. Estimated arrival by country
The same estimates apply to all four countries we ship to. Use the date of your order confirmation as the starting point and count business days only.
| Delivered to | Preparation | Transit | Typical total | Shipping cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| United States | 1-3 business days | 7-14 business days | 8-17 business days | Free |
| Canada | 1-3 business days | 7-14 business days | 8-17 business days | Free |
| Australia | 1-3 business days | 7-14 business days | 8-17 business days | Free |
| New Zealand | 1-3 business days | 7-14 business days | 8-17 business days | Free |
For parcels crossing a border, any import duties or taxes depend on the destination country’s rules; our checkout does not add sales tax.
12. When your blanket arrives
Take a moment to check your blanket when it arrives, ideally within a few days, while the packaging is still at hand:
- Unfold the throw fully and look over the whole print, front and back.
- Read every name, date and caption against the order notes in your confirmation email.
- Check the size and fabric: fleece is smooth on both sides; sherpa has a thick, fluffy back.
- If something is not right, take photos of the blanket, the problem and the shipping label before you wash or use it, then email us with your order number.
Light creases from folding usually relax within a day. For care, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. If you are happy with your blanket but the size or fabric is not quite what you wanted, our 60-day return window and free return label still apply.
13. Changes and returns
If you need to change a name, date, photo, size, fabric or address, you can do so within 24 hours of ordering; see Cancel or Change an Order. Once your blanket has arrived, you have 60 days from delivery to return it for any reason with a free return label; see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
14. Contact us about your order
Email support@snugprint.shop, submit a ticket or visit the Help Center. Please include your order number in every message; it is the fastest way for us to find your blanket. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
