Looking for the memorial blankets, the returns page or the place to type a grandchild’s name? Below is the full list of collections and pages on snugprint.shop, followed by a short guide to what each part of the store is for and the quickest route through it for the most common tasks.

How the store fits together

Snug Print is a small online shop with one kind of product: personalized throws in fleece or sherpa, printed with your photos, names and dates. Everything on the site belongs to one of three areas. The collections are where you browse designs and choose a fabric and size. The order help pages explain what happens after you pay, from changes and shipping to returns and refunds. The store information pages say who we are, how to reach us and the terms we work by. The main menu at the top of every page leads to the collections and the Size Guide; the footer at the bottom of every page links to every help and information page listed here.

A handful of numbers appear on many pages, so here they are together. Every blanket is made to order and prepared in 1-3 business days, then spends 7-14 business days in transit from the USA. Shipping is free with no minimum to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the only countries we ship to. You can change or cancel within 24 hours of ordering, return within 60 days of delivery with a free return label, and we send refunds within 7 days of receiving a return. Customer photos are deleted 30 days after delivery, and store credit never expires.

The collections

Each collection page opens with a short buying guide and then shows every design in that group. Every design can be ordered in the fabric and sizes listed on its product page, and personal details always go in the Order notes box at checkout.

Photo Collage Blankets

Layouts that gather many photos into one throw: a neat twelve-photo grid, a heart built from small squares, vintage film strips, instant-camera frames with captions, a month-by-month calendar and a four-panel window design. Start here if you have a folder of favourite pictures and cannot choose just one.

Family Blankets

Designs built around the people of one home or several generations: an illustrated family tree with names on the branches, watercolour flowers for each grandchild, a clean surname-and-year design, three generations side by side, and a large reunion throw for a group photo. These are the designs most suited to grandparents and parents.

Couple Blankets

Two names and a date that matters. A timeline of your milestones, your own vows or letter in a spiral around a photo, a single wedding photo printed large, a minimalist map of the place you met, and an understated two-hearts initials throw. Good for anniversaries, weddings and Valentine’s Day.

Pet Blankets

For dogs, cats and every other animal in the family: a single cut-out portrait with a big name, two to four pets in a row, an all-over name and paw-print pattern, a playful repeating face, cat-ear photo frames, and a 30 x 40 in throw sized for crates and car seats.

Memorial Blankets

Quiet, gentle designs to remember a person or a pet: an oval portrait with name, years and a verse, a photo held between softly drawn wings, a pet photo under a pastel rainbow, and a quilt-look blanket with twenty photo patches. The collection page includes advice on wording and timing.

Name & Kids Blankets

Names in big, friendly letters for babies, children and teens: birth details framed by stars, a name across a starry sky in three colours, an alphabet border with a centre photo, and a small name lovey for strollers. Small throws are for supervised use and are not meant as loose bedding in a crib for a sleeping baby.

All blankets

The shop page shows every design in one place. Use it when you want to browse across collections, or when a gift could fit more than one group, such as a pet portrait for a memorial.

Help with an order

These pages explain what happens after you check out. They are listed in the footer under Help, and each one links to the others where topics overlap.

  • Help Center: the starting point for any question, sorted by topic, with real examples and a list of what to include when you write to us.
  • FAQs: short answers about personalising, photos, fabric, sizes, shipping, returns, refunds, payments and privacy.
  • Order Tracking: look up an order with your order number and email, and learn what each order status means.
  • Shipping & Delivery: where we ship, what it costs (nothing), how long preparation and transit take, gifts, addresses and import duties.
  • Cancel or Change an Order: the 24-hour window for spelling fixes, new photos, size changes and cancellations.
  • Returns & Exchanges Policy: how to return a blanket within 60 days with a free return label, step by step.
  • Refund Policy: when and how your money comes back, store credit, and what happens with cancellations.
  • Size Guide: the three throw sizes compared by use, photo count and recipient, plus fleece versus sherpa.
  • Submit a Ticket: email links with the subject already filled in for each kind of question.

About Snug Print and our terms

These pages are listed in the footer under Company. They explain who runs the store, how to contact us, and the rules that apply to every order.

  • About Us: what Snug Print makes, where we are based and how we work.
  • Contact Us: our support email, reply times and business address.
  • Privacy Policy: what personal information we collect, how we use your photos, and how to ask us to update or delete your details.
  • Terms of Service: the agreement that applies when you use the site and place an order, including governing law.
  • Payment Methods: how payment works at checkout and how we keep it safe.
  • Intellectual Property Policy: what you can and cannot ask us to print, and how our own designs are protected.
  • DMCA: how to report content you believe uses your copyrighted work without permission.

Your cart, checkout and account

Three functional pages handle the purchase itself. Your cart shows the blankets you have chosen with their fabric and size. The checkout page collects your shipping address and payment, and it is where the Order notes box lives: type names, dates and photo links there, because there is no other upload step and no proof before printing. My account is optional; it lets you see past orders and saved addresses if you create one, but you can always check out as a guest.

Finding the right design faster

If you know roughly what you want, the search icon in the header looks through every design name and description. Try words that describe the layout (“grid”, “heart”, “timeline”, “map”), the recipient (“grandma”, “baby”, “dog”, “cat”) or the occasion (“wedding”, “memorial”, “reunion”). On each product page, the description tells you how many photos and names the design holds, which fabric and sizes it comes in, and exactly what to write in the order notes.

When two collections could both fit, start with the person rather than the photo. A blanket for a grieving friend belongs in Memorial Blankets even if the photo is of a pet; a family photo for a teenager’s dorm may suit Photo Collage Blankets better than the family designs. If you are unsure, the Help Center has a table that matches recipients to collections and sizes.

Following one order through the site

It can help to see how the pages connect on a real order. Say you want an anniversary throw for your parents in Ontario.

  1. Browse. You open Couple Blankets from the main menu and choose the timeline design because it holds five photos with dates.
  2. Choose fabric and size. The product page links to the Size Guide; you pick sherpa in 50 x 60 in for their sofa.
  3. Check out. In the Order notes box you type both names, the five dates and captions, and a shared album link set so anyone with the link can view it. You enter your parents’ address as the shipping address.
  4. Double-check. Re-reading your confirmation email, you notice a wrong year. Within 24 hours you email us, following Cancel or Change an Order, and the order is corrected before printing.
  5. Wait for delivery. Shipping & Delivery tells you to allow 1-3 business days to prepare and 7-14 business days in transit to Canada, with free shipping. Any import duties depend on Canada’s rules.
  6. Look it up. If you want to check where things stand, Order Tracking shows the status of your order.
  7. If something is not right. Returns & Exchanges explains the 60-day return with a free label, and the Refund Policy confirms the refund is sent within 7 days of receiving the return.

Reading tips

Every help and policy page starts with a short summary box holding the key numbers, so you can find the answer without reading the whole page, and each page ends with a contact section in case the answer you need is not there. Longer pages are split into sections with clear headings, and tables have captions that say what they compare. All links within the site are written as plain words describing where they lead, so they make sense when read aloud by a screen reader. If any page is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, please tell us by email and we will send you the information in a simpler format.

The pages on this site are kept in step with each other. If a number ever seems to differ between two pages, please let us know; the summary at the top of this guide shows the figures that apply to every order.
