These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Snug Print, 716 Liberty Bell Ln, Libertyville, IL 60048, US, when you use snugprint.shop or order a personalized blanket from us. They explain how orders work, what you can expect from us, what we ask from you, and what happens if something goes wrong. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms and the policies they link to. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. 1. Using snugprint.shop
You may use the site to browse and buy blankets for yourself or as gifts. To place an order you must be old enough to make a binding contract where you live, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission. If you create an account, keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, especially your email address and shipping address, because we use them to send order updates and to deliver your blanket.
2. Our blankets and how we describe them
Snug Print sells personalized throws in two fabrics: fleece, which is light and smooth, and sherpa, which has a printed fleece face and a thick, fluffy back. Most designs come in three approximate sizes: 30 x 40 in (76 x 102 cm), 50 x 60 in (127 x 152 cm) and 60 x 80 in (152 x 203 cm). Some designs are offered in one fixed size or fabric, which the product page states clearly. Sizes are approximate, and our Size Guide explains how to choose.
Product images on the site show how a design is laid out. Your blanket will carry your own photos and words, so it will naturally look different from the example. Colours on screens vary, and printed fabric never looks exactly like a phone screen; a photo that is dark, blurred or very small will look the same or softer when printed large. If the blanket you receive is materially different from the design you ordered, our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies.
3. Personalisation: what you send and what we print
3.1 How to send your details
There is no upload tool and no personalisation plugin on our site. After choosing the design, fabric and size, you type names, dates and short texts in the Order notes box at checkout, and paste a link to your photos (for example a shared album or cloud folder). You can also email photos to support@snugprint.shop with your order number. If we cannot open a link or a detail is missing, we will email you, and production waits until we hear back.
3.2 No proof step
We do not send a proof, preview or mockup before printing. We print the names, dates and words exactly as you write them, including capital letters, spelling and punctuation, and we use the photos as supplied, without retouching or restoration. You are responsible for checking your order notes before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before production (see Cancel or Change an Order).
3.3 Your rights in what you send
By sending photos and text, you confirm that you own them or have permission from the owner, and that any person shown has agreed (or a parent or guardian has agreed for a child). You keep all rights in your photos. You give us a limited permission to copy, resize, crop and print them only to make and deliver your order, and to keep them until they are deleted 30 days after delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use them for any other purpose without your written agreement.
3.4 Content we cannot print
We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the requested content:
- copies material owned by someone else without permission, such as song lyrics, poems, film or cartoon characters, sports team marks, brand logos or professional photos you did not buy the rights to;
- is hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit or illegal;
- shows another person in a way they have not agreed to;
- would mislead people into thinking the blanket comes from or is endorsed by another brand.
Our own designs, such as a family tree or a starry sky layout, are licensed to you for your blanket only; see our Intellectual Property Policy.
4. Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price of each variation depends on the fabric and size you choose and is shown on the product page before you add it to your cart. Shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is free, with no minimum order. We do not collect sales tax at checkout; for orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, any import duties or taxes depend on the rules of the destination country, and you are welcome to contact us before ordering if you are unsure. The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm.
We may change prices or retire designs at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we will contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or cancel it with a full refund.
5. Orders, payment and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of anything paid, if we cannot verify payment, cannot deliver to the address given, suspect fraud, cannot print the requested content under section 3.4, or the order otherwise breaks these Terms.
You agree to pay the total shown at checkout using one of the options offered there. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, under its own terms and security rules; we never see or store your full card number. 6. Production, shipping and delivery
Because every blanket is made to order, production starts once we have everything we need from you. Orders are prepared in 1-3 business days and then shipped from the USA. Transit takes 7-14 business days to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates: weather, holiday peaks and customs checks can add time. If you need a blanket for a specific date, such as a birthday or a funeral, order as early as you can and email us if you have a question before ordering.
We ship only to the four countries listed above. Please check your shipping address carefully; a parcel sent to an address you entered incorrectly may not be recoverable. 7. Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds

These policies form part of these Terms. There is no restocking fee.
8. Care and safe use
To keep prints soft and colours clear, machine wash your blanket cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Small throws, including the 30 x 40 in size, are meant for supervised use, such as a stroller, a lap or a play mat, and are not intended as loose bedding in a crib for a sleeping baby. Blankets are not chew toys; supervise pets that like to chew fabric.
9. Reviews and content you post
If our site offers reviews, only verified buyers can leave them, and what you write must be honest and your own. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to show your review on the site. We will not publish photos of your blanket unless you send them to us and agree in writing. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or infringes someone’s rights.
10. Our intellectual property
The Snug Print name and logo, the layouts and illustrations of our designs, our product descriptions and the rest of the site belong to Snug Print or our licensors. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy our designs, text or images for commercial use. See our Intellectual Property Policy, and use our DMCA page to report copyright concerns.
11. Acceptable use of the site
You must not misuse snugprint.shop. That includes trying to break its security, overloading it, scraping it with automated tools other than normal search engine crawling, placing fraudulent orders, using someone else’s payment details, or using the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access or cancel orders connected with misuse.
12. Disclaimers and limits of liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed occasion, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, for example liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence, and they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the consumer laws of Canada, Australia or New Zealand where they apply to you.
13. Governing law and resolving problems
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems, from a misspelled name to a delayed parcel, are solved quickly once we can see your order. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, it may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under Illinois law or under the mandatory consumer law of your home country.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, services or the law change. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when these Terms last changed.
